Sarah Harding has a "naughty cupboard" for her treats and snacks.
The Girls Aloud beauty - who is has been in a relationship with DJ Tom Crane for nearly three years - tries to be careful about what she eats but can't resist giving into her cravings occasionally.
She said: "I still have a naughty cupboard, which Tommy hates me having. It's got all my chocolates in it. I tend to eat healthily during the day and eat quite a big meal in the evening.
"Then me and Tommy will be watching movies or TV while nibbling something from the naughty cupboard."
As well as sugary snacks, the 'St Trinian's star finds it hard to resist pasta, even though she knows carbs are "the enemy".
She said: "I love a good Italian and can't resist a good spaghetti Bolognese. I'm a sucker for pasta but carbs are like the enemy.
"Tommy and I have pictures stuck up on the naughty cupboard at the moment. There's a bad one of the pair of us and it's a papped picture and I've stuck it on the cupboard and Tommy's like, 'No, don't do it!' So that's our thinspiration!"

Mark Owen has been blasted by his former lover who claims she was "thrown to the lions" when he decided to confess to their affair.
Neva Hanley - who had a five-year relationship with Mark while he was dating his now-wife Emma Ferguson - didn't want the Take That star to come clean about their illicit romance in March and believes he only did so for his own selfish reasons.
Neva - who last saw Mark in February, the only time she met up with him after his marriage in October 2009 - said: "He made his choices. When everything came out, he just threw me to the lions. He didn't even call to see if I was OK. His manager wrote to make sure I was all right. Poor guy - sometimes I wonder how many other girls he had to write to over the years."
Although Neva, 24, feels bitter about the relationship now, she admits she thought Mark, 38, was very sweet when she first met him in September 2004 at a train station in Preston, England.
The pop star befriended her as they both waited for a train and then paid for her to sit in the First Class carriage with him and took her number.
Just a couple of weeks later Mark flew Neva out to Los Angeles to stay with him, and she admits they first had sex on the third night of the trip after going for dinner and to see a movie.
She added in an interview with The Mail on Sunday newspaper: "We started kissing and ended up sleeping together. It sounds awful happening so soon. But for three days we had spoken to nobody but each other. It felt right it was very calm and easy."
Although Neva was happy in the relationship at first, she was completely unaware Mark was dating Emma.
From 2005, the dynamic between her and Mark changed, and Neva says he would often call her late in the night usually drunk and begging her to come and visit him at various hotel rooms.
She eventually became aware of his romance with Emma, but after the Take That reunion in 2005 she was happy to continue the relationship and accept a celebrity lifestyle over the next couple of years of backstage passes to the band's shows, VIP treatment and drunken hotel sex with the star.
Neva even claims she had sex with Mark just a week after his daughter Willow Rose was born in November 2008.
She said: "He just told me he needed a cuddle and was alone."
Mark - who admitted he'd had multiple affairs when he made his public confession in March - and Emma are still together and have another child, three-year-old son Elwood.

David Beckham and Snoop Dogg were serenaded by a waitress.
The soccer star is close friends with the rapper and admits he experienced one of his most bizarre encounters ever when they went out for dinner in Los Angeles together.
He explained: "One time we went out for dinner in LA with another friend to a steak restaurant.
"The place had cleared and this waitress came over and said, 'I can sing' so I was like, 'Oh my god'. Snoop sat back and said, 'Go on then, sing for me'. She stood there and sang this whole song for Snoop, it really made me laugh and I was a bit embarrassed. She was. alright."
The 35-year-old star is often called upon by his pal to give his opinion on his new music - but admits he struggles to give an honest answer.
He explained: "With his last album he called me about 10 days before it came out and he said, 'I've got finished it this minute, come in and listen to it' so I drove down and listened to each track and he asked my opinion. I was like, 'I love every one of them'. But I wouldn't have said otherwise - he's got these two bodyguards who are huge!"
David - who has three sons with wife Victoria Beckham - is also close friends with actor Tom Cruise but insists his pal has never encouraged him to pursue an acting career, despite having several movie offers.
He added: "I've had a few offers but I turned them all down. I'm a terrible actor. I did a bit in 'Goal' that time - I was playing myself and I looked a bit awkward.
"Tom hasn't offered acting lessons yet, or any parts either."

Alex Reid tried to "sneak away" from Katie Price to watch Thai Boxing on their honeymoon.
The cage-fighter - who spent a week in the South-East Asian country with the former glamour model after they renewed their wedding vows on July 3 - loved relaxing abroad with his spouse, but made sure to squeeze in some more manly activities.
He wrote in his column for Britain's Star magazine: "I am currently in Thailand enjoying the sun and beach with my new wife!
"Katie and me are soaking up the weather and enjoying a week together before heading back to London and straight back to work! It's such a different culture and people are so friendly. I am hoping to sneak away to catch a bit of Thai boxing."
Although the 34-year-old star - who is stepfather to Katie's three children, Harvey, eight, Junior, five and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii - agreed to allow a film crew follow them during part of their romantic trip, he made sure they had plenty of private time to "romance" one another.
He said: "As it is our honeymoon, they are pretty good at giving us space when we need it. So yes, we have had time for romance but that is between me and my wife!"

Emma Bunton wants a new baby soon.
The former Spice Girls singer - who has two-year-old son Beau with her partner Jade Jones - said that she can't wait to get pregnant again.
She said: "I'm really looking forward to having another one. It's something we'd love to do soon. I don't know when it will happen though."
However 34-year-old Emma admitted that she and chef Jade disagree on how many more children they should have.
She explained: "Jade would like a few more but I just want one."
Emma- the host of new UK TV talent show 'Don't Stop Believing' - revealed that Beau is one of the main reasons she took on the new role.
Speaking about the show, which has been dubbed a cross between 'X Factor' and 'Glee', she said: "It's about getting a balance really. My priority obviously is my little boy and he's part of the reason I chose to do it. He's going to love it."
However despite his parents' showbiz backgrounds -Jade was a member of boy band Damage before retraining as a chef - Emma revealed she doesn't think Beau will be following in their footsteps any time soon.
She said "He loves watching Beyonce Knowles and he loves Justin Bieber but he's definitely not a performer yet."
