Kate Middleton

(BANG) -

Kate Middleton will play a prominent role in the queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations in 2012.

The brunette beauty - who will marry Prince William on April 29 next year - is reportedly being lined up to take a more public role when she joins the royal family and the queen has asked her future mother-in-law Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, to help Kate adjust to her new duties.

A source told the Mail On Sunday: "After her marriage in April, Kate will really start to sort out her future role. The queen and Camilla will take an active interest and offer advice.

"The plan is for Kate to help pep up the Jubilee's youthful and glamorous face, while also underlining the continuity of the monarchy."

Although 28-year-old Kate's inclusion in the celebrations to mark the monarch's 60-year reign was Queen Elizabeth's idea, it is believed both William and Kate are delighted to have the opportunity to prove her credentials.

Kate has been criticised in the past for her lack of direction after she quit a job at fashion chain Jigsaw to work for her parents' party planning company.

The source added: "Kate is keen to dispel the image of her being workshy and William believes that

he can make the public see her as he does: as a caring woman of substance."

Sadie Frost

(BANG) -

Sadie Frost drinks "green juice" every day.

The 45-year-old actress-turned-designer credits her specially-made morning drink as one of the reasons why she manages to stay so slim and healthy.

She explained: "I have a green juice every morning which contains avocados, pineapple, kale, omega oils, spirulina and protein powder."

Sadie - who is the ex-wife of Jude Law - also leads an active lifestyle and takes part in regular exercise and relaxation sessions.

She said: "I do yoga, a Power Plate session, a Pilates class and a training session with my sister Holly Davidson every week."

Though she looks after herself, Sadie admits one of her biggest vices is "chocolate" and she loves to spend time in her bed catching up on her favourite TV shows.

She added to Now magazine: "I literally hide in my bed with books and writing paper, snuggled up under my blankets and then watch some good old fashioned TV."

Alex Reid

(BANG) -

Alex Reid thinks he is "articulate, sophisticated and worldly".

The cage-fighter - who is married to model-and-TV star Katie Price - believes the amount of travelling he has done in his life means he has learnt a lot about the world.

Asked what words describe him, he said: "Articulate, sophisticated and worldly. Oh and cultured. I've done a lot of travelling in my life and I think that's one of the best learners anyone can do."

The 35-year-old hunk also reveals he has heard children using his name as a word for fighting, meaning he now thinks of himself as a "household name".

He said in an interview with heat magazine: "I was never average Joe Bloggs, but now I'm a household name. I saw some kids the other day having a play fight. One of them said, 'I'm going to Alex Reid you.' "

Despite fame coming as a result of his marriage to 32-year-old Katie, he no longer wants to star in her television shows.

He said: "I don't want to do any more reality shows like 'What Katie Did Next'. I like to keep that privacy and mysticism. I don't want the cameras there 24/7."

Duffy

(BANG) -

Duffy knew her boyfriend was 'The One' from the first time she met him.

The 'Well Well Well' singer is currently dating rugby player Mike Phillips and insists she realised on their initial date that he was what was missing from her life.

She said: "I've learned that you can't help who you fall in love with. I'm a control freak at the best of times, but I have no control over that.

"I knew I was missing something in my life, then I met Mike and knew he was 'The One' from our first date. He's had a huge influence on me. We're really happy."

Mike has also been a great help to the 26-year-old pop star during a difficult time in her life, where, despite her success she split with her management company.

While she's not allowed to talk about what happened, Duffy - who sold over eight million copies of her debut album 'Rockferry' - claims the experience nearly made her quit music.

The 'Mercy' hitmaker - whose new album 'Endlessly' is out now - added to LOOK magazine: "There was a mutual parting of ways, but initially it came as a surprise. There are moments in my life when I look around and I feel kicked to the curb. I thought I'd found someone I could trust, and yet here I am a year late, reinventing myself with no explanation.

"I can't tell too much about what I've been through because there's too much at stake."

Dannii Minogue

(BANG) -

Dannii Minogue used to feel like she was merely Kylie's "fat ugly sister".

The Australian beauty first came to the UK when her younger sibling was at the height of her success in the late 1980s - scoring eight top three hits in the country's singles chart between 1988 and 1990 - and admits her experiences were damaging to her self esteem.

She said: "When I first came to England it was hard because it was Kyliemania. She was this cute little thing and I was the fat, ugly sister.

"Can you imagine for years being asked what it's like to be Kylie's sister?"

Although Dannii admitted she was made to feel "fat and ugly" she was still careful not to take any drastic measures after seeing one of her old friends almost die as a result of eating disorder anorexia nervosa.

She explained to Britain's Marie Claire magazine: "I'd been very good friends with this girl since primary school. I distinctly remember going into a hospital room and seeing her lying there, strapped to the bed.

"I was just a young teenager and it was so horrendous. I watched my friend nearly die from anorexia. There was no headline that someone could write about me that would make me do that myself."
