Kelly Osbourne loves Cheryl Cole's style.
The 26-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne - who fronts 'Fashion Police' with Joan Rivers - is a huge fan of the singer's "funky and casual" look.
She said: "I think Cheryl's really cute and has found a way to wear elegant dresses but also look quite funky and casual too."
Kelly also had some kind words for Cheryl's fellow judge on UK TV talent show 'The X Factor' Dannii Minogue - despite being embroiled in a long running public feud with her mother Sharon - praising her "classic" look.
She said: "I actually really like the way Dannii did a more classic look - she looked like a lady not like an older woman who was trying to look younger. I do think she looked great but I prefer Cheryl's style."
However one person whose fashion sense Kelly doesn't admire is 'Gossip Girl' star Taylor Momsen, who also fronts band The Pretty Reckless.
She said: "I'm really impressed with Taylor Momsen's music but I think she's trying to be something that she's not. You can't be Cindy Lou Who and wake up the next day and be Courtney Love. It's not a genuine transition - when you turn yourself into something you're not with your fashion, that's when I feel like you should be arrested."

Adele was too nervous to meet the stars of 'Glee'.
The 22-year-old British singer is such a big fan of the US musical drama series, she couldn't bring herself to meet with Amber Riley and Chris Colfer - who play Mercedes and Kurt - when they came to the UK.
She admitted: "I f***ing love 'Glee', love, love, love 'Glee'.
"I was meant to meet Amber and Chris the last time they were in London but I kept saying I was too busy because I was so nervous.
"'Glee' is a really important show actually. It's funny, but it's quite serious as well."
While Adele is a big fan of the show, she is unlikely to want to make a guest appearance after being embarrassed by a previous cameo role in US comedy 'Ugly Betty'.
She explained in an interview with Attitude magazine: "I was such a mug on that show. I wasn't meant to say anything because you have to have an actor's visa in America. I was meant to turn up and mime my song but I turned up and they gave me a script and I had to speak as part of the storyline.
"Because I was in America, I put on a fake English accent. I don't know why! Everyone I know was taking the p**s out of me.
"Since then, I've had so many offers for other TV programmes or films, and I'm just like, 'F**k off.' "

Keira Knightley went on a girls' night out with Sienna Miller to help get over her split from Rupert Friend.
The 'Pirates Of the Caribbean' actress and her partner announced they are parting after five years earlier this week.
While the reasons for the love split are said to be mutual, they are both devastated, so Sienna, 29, took Keira, 25, to a karaoke bar on Thursday (13.01.11) in a bid to help cheer her up.
The pair and friends went for Italian food at Soho restaurant Bocca Di Lupo before they are said to have run up a £500 bar bill at the Lucky Voice bar and Karaoke venue in London's Soho area.
During the evening Keira and her girls sung hits including Pussycat Dolls' 'Don't Cha', Bon Jovi's 'Livin' On A Prayer' and Queen's 'Don't Stop Me Now'.
A source at the bar told The Sun newspaper: "It was a pretty raucous affair. The girls went really crazy for Cosmopolitan cocktails. They weren't holding back at all.
"There were about 12 people in the group, but no diva-like antics. They all got stuck in."
Keira is said to be throwing herself into her work following the love split, and her father, William, said earlier this week that he hopes she will remain close to Rupert.
He said: "It wasn't a decision that either of them took lightly. I know they gave it a great deal of thought. I don't think there was any one thing that led to their break-up - it was a whole raft of things, I think.
"It's very unfortunate, but Keira is coping well and is focusing on a new West End play that she is opening. She is getting on with things. I know that she and Rupert will remain great friends."
Keira is currently starring in play 'The Children's Hour' in London's West End.

Peter Andre is "happy" in his relationship with Elen Rivas.
The 'Behind Closed Doors' singer - who has been single since splitting with former wife Katie Price in May 2009 - says his romance with the Spanish model is going well, but he doesn't want to give too many details.
He said: "I can confirm that Elen Rivas and I are seeing each other, and everything is going well. I always said that when I found a girlfriend I would tell you all!
"I'm not going to speak about the relationship in detail - But I will say we're happy. We went out for dinner last week and then went to see 'Flashdance: The Musical'.
"The meal was terrific and 'Flashdance' is such a great show. We totally loved it and had a great night."
Despite animosity between Peter and Katie - who raise three children together, Junior, five, Princess Tiaamii, three, and eight-year-old Harvey, the former glamour model's son from an earlier relationship - when they first separated, the Australian singer insists they get on much better these days.
Speaking about a chance meeting with his former spouse over the festive period, he said: "I'm happy to say that it was all very civil between us. She was with the kids so we all had a little chat - and lots of cuddles with my kids of course - and then we got on with our shopping. No drama to report!"
Spanish-born Elen, 35, has said she has a "permanent smile at the moment" since she met Peter, 37.
