Kate Moss has reportedly got engaged to her rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince.
The British supermodel accepted a marriage proposal from The Kills' frontman on Tuesday night (01.02.11) while the pair were in bed, and she is delighted the pair have made this commitment to each other because she believes they are "soul mates".
A friend of the couple told The Sun newspaper: "Kate is delighted. Jamie is the man for her - they are soul mates. She just wanted to make him work for her hand in marriage.
"He has been badgering her to get married but she wanted to take her time. Over the last year they have grown so close, they are like man and wife."
Jamie - who was introduced to Kate by mutual friend Sadie Frost in September 2007 - proposed with a vintage ring from the 1920s, and even asked Kate's parents Linda and Peter for permission beforehand.
The pair are now ready to start planning their wedding and have decided on July 2 as a possible date, and the 37-year-old catwalk legend is also thinking up ideas for a "huge party" to celebrate after the ceremony.
The friend added: "They're going to have the mother of all weddings. It will be a huge party, one of the biggest she has every thrown."
Before she settled down with Jamie, Kate has been in relationships with several famous men, including Johnny Depp and troubled rock star Pete Doherty.
She has an eight-year-old daughter, Lila Grace, from a romance with magazine publisher Jefferson Hack.

Chris Martin is devastated over his parents' divorce.
The Coldplay frontman is said to be finding it "incredibly difficult emotionally" to come to terms with the end of his mother and father's 30-year marriage.
His father Anthony, 69, has put the family's £1.25 million home in Exeter, South West England, on the market after his wife Alison decided to leave.
The family moved there in 1978 when Chris - the eldest of their five children - was just a baby.
Now retired accountant and magistrate Anthony is in a new relationship and Alison, 57, is renting a flat in London where she works as a music therapy teacher.
An insider said: "Chris has always been extremely close to his father, while some of his sisters have had very strong relationships with their mother. But watching his parents split has been heartbreaking for him, and he's desperate to stay close and in regular contact with both of them."
Chris, 33, has been visiting both his parents with his wife Gwyneth Paltrow but is finding it hard to see them live apart.
The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Chris visited his mother's new place in London around a week ago, which was a strain for him emotionally. One of the most upsetting aspects of the break-up has been their decision to sell their family home. He was less than one year old when his parents moved in, and the house holds a lot of memories for him."

Kelly Brook loves holidaying in St. Tropez.
The 31-year-old model-and-actress - who called time on her 20-month relationship with rugby player Danny Cipriani last June - enjoys getting all her friends together for a trip to the holiday destination on the French Riviera.
She said: "At the moment my favourite place to go on holiday is St. Tropez. I've just got back from there and had such a good time. I try to go every year and was there recently with a group of friends - we were hanging out, partying on a yacht. The shopping there is amazing too."
Kelly is currently single and she insists any man hoping to take Danny's place has a lot to live up to because her dream guy is Marlon Brando.
Speaking about the late Hollywood legend, she said: "Marlon is just beautiful to watch on screen. He's incredibly sexy and manly but there's a real vulnerability about him too. I love him in 'On the Waterfront'.

Keira Knightley gets "paralysed" by shyness at parties.
The 25-year-old actress admits she finds busy social events "terrifying" and finds it very difficult to talk to strangers.
She explained: "Going into a room full of people at a party I find one of the most terrifying things in the entire world. I normally last about 10 minutes. I get completely paralysed with shyness, just totally paralysed."
Even though her friends warn Keira that she comes across as an "ice queen" in such situations, she insists that she can't help her inability to talk to people she doesn't know.
She added to Britain's Elle magazine: "One of my friends was like, 'You turn into an ice queen. What is it? You turn into a b***h.' And I don't mean to look like a b***h but I just don't know what to say. This is the problem with a shy person being famous."
The stunning brunette - who is currently starring in London's West End theatre district in 'The Children's Hour' - blames her lack of social skills on the fact she sacrificed her personal life as a teenager to focus on becoming an actress and didn't go to university.
She said: "I'd experienced a lot, work-wise, but as far as normal progression . I'd never sat in a pub with friends, I'd never been out clubbing. Any of the things you normally do at university, I'd bypassed.
"So on one level I was very grown-up and on another level with the whole social thing, I was really far behind."

David and Victoria Beckham have been rapping to their unborn baby.
The footballer and his singer-turned-fashion designer wife are currently expecting their fourth child and the pair - along with their sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz - have come up with a unique way of bonding with the forthcoming addition to their family.
A friend told Reveal magazine: "David's been rapping to the bump. His current favourites are Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent.
"Sometimes Victoria and their boys join in too which cheers her up and has them all in fits of laughter."
David, 35, is said to be making an extra effort to ensure 36-year-old Victoria's fourth pregnancy goes well and has vowed to spend as much time at home with her as possible.
The source added: "David has promised to stay closer to home for this pregnancy, he wants Victoria to be comfortable and is determined to keep an eye on her."
David has been interested in rap music for some time and Snoop Dogg, who filmed an advert for Adidas with the sportsman, has previously revealed he was teaching the soccer star some of his own skills.
The musician - who has three kids with wife Shante - said: "Beckham and I go way back. He's like a brother. I'm gonna show him to rap, for shizzle. He's my boy. He was terrific with my kids and they had a great time as he taught them how to shoot and score the perfect goal."
