Katie Price

(BANG) -

Katie Price and Alex Reid are planning to adopt.

The newlyweds - currently enjoying their honeymoon following their Las Vegas wedding - are considering giving a home to a child from Haiti who has been orphaned by the recent earthquakes.

Cage-fighter Alex, is worried he may not be able to have children as he has reportedly been told by medics he has a low sperm count.

A friend of Alex's told the Daily Star newspaper: "He has always joked that he worries he may not be able to have kids.

"He was with his ex Marie for years and they never used protection when they had sex. We all hope it's not true because he would make an amazing dad."

Katie - who already has three children, Harvey, seven, Junior, four, and Princess Tiaamii, two, from previous relationships - has claimed in the past she would consider adopting.

The 31-year-old star - whose ex-husband is Peter Andre - said: "I saw a documentary on TV about kids abandoned in Bulgaria and it affected me because they all have disabilities.

"They are either blind or have learning difficulties and their parents don't want them so they abandon them. I think about adoption every day, but not yet."

Last night (04.02.09) it was revealed Katie and Alex, 34, wed on Tuesday (02.02.10) without signing a pre-nuptial agreement.

Friends of the glamour model have reportedly been urging her to seek a post-nuptial agreement, to protect her estimated £30 million fortune.

Victoria Beckham

(BANG) -

Victoria Beckham has Right Said Fred's 'I'm Too Sexy' as her mobile phone ringtone.

The former Spice Girl's husband, soccer star David Beckham, decided to "take the p**s" and change the settings on her handset so the 90s pop anthem blasts out every time she receives a call.

She told Love magazine: "It was David who set my phone up to play Right Said Fred. Honestly - he's trying to take the p**s and I can't change it because I'm rubbish with phones."

Instead, the singer-turned-fashion designer is left shame-faced when her phone goes off in a public place.

She explained: "I'll be at the gym and suddenly I've got Right Said Fred playing and I'm mortified."

The 35-year-old star - who has sons Brooklyn, ten, Romeo, seven, and four-year-old Cruz with David - also revealed although the couple are very happy together they don't always share the same passions.

While she spends her days discussing her love for fashion and clothes, the 34-year-old sportsman tries to stick to much more masculine topics of conversation.

She explained: "I'm just happy to have someone who wants to talk to me about fashion. Normally, David's like, 'Stop it, I don't want to talk about clothes anymore! I want to talk about motorbikes and tattoos.' "

Dannii Minogue

(BANG) -

Dannii Minogue is thankful she's not having twins.

The 38-year-old singer - who is pregnant with her first child to her former England rugby playing boyfriend Kris Smith - hasn't found out the sex of the baby but is relieved that medical checks have ruled out a multiple birth.

She said: "I don't know if we'll find out what we're having, we haven't had a chance to think. We know it's not twins - the doctor said this morning that there's only one in there and Kris and I both sighed with relief! I'm so tiny, I'm not big enough to fit twins in there - I wouldn't be able to stand up!"

Despite being happy with her pregnancy, Dannii admits she took "some convincing" about starting a family with Kris because her own parents did such a good job raising their children.

She told Britain's Glamour magazine: "I have two loving parents who formed a family around me and I have it in my mind that I want it to be like that. I would only do it if I was able to recreate that and up until now, I've never been in a relationship where I was 100 per cent confident and had those feelings.

"Kris was ready from the word go and couldn't wait to start a family. I've taken some convincing, but we've taken the leap together and it feels right. Kris is The One."

Although Dannii - who was previously married to actor Julian McMahon - is content in her relationship, she is terrified of walking down the aisle again because her divorce affected her so badly.

She said: "Marriage really scares me. I wouldn't rule it out, but my divorce was really emotional for me. My weight plummeted - I was skeletal and it wasn't pretty or healthy but I couldn't control it. When something is wrapped up in all these bad memories, you don't want to go hurtling back there."

Colin Firth

(BANG) -

Colin Firth isn't offered big Hollywood roles.

The 49-year-old actor - who has been nominated for an Academy Award for his role in 'A Single Man' - insists his successes haven't opened too many doors but he is content with the work that comes his way.

He told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: "They're not bombarding me with offers, although that ones that have come along have been too preposterous to contemplate, so it's not as if I spend my day resisting $20 million pay cheques.

"I work with the options I have in front of me and my reasons for choosing a job can vary enormously depending on circumstances.

"Sometimes I take a job because it's a group of people I'm dying to work with, and sometimes it can be a desire to shake things up a bit and not take myself too seriously."

The British star, who has previously worked on comedy films including 'Mamma Mia!' and 'Bridget Jones's Diary', also claimed he needs to vary the type of movie roles he accepts in order to preserve his sanity.

He explained: "A life of very, very serious, po-faced films would drive me nuts. I need - and I'm fortunate to have - a fairly varied menu in that respect."

Amy Winehouse

(BANG) -

Amy Winehouse is going back to the Caribbean.

The 'Rehab' singer - who spent more than six months on the island of St. Lucia last year - is flying out to Jamaica later this month but has been warned by her record label not to treat the trip as a holiday.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "She'll fly out next week. She is really excited about going back because she loves the Caribbean so much.

"But she's been told it's not a party. She has to work."

Amy, 26, previously took an extended break in St. Lucia from December 2008 to July last year, and enjoyed herself so much she even launched a residency bid to stay on the island permanently.

Troubled Amy, who was overcoming drug problems during her time on the island, had been asked to work on her much-delayed third album during her stay but recordings failed to materialise and

concerns were raised about Amy's drinking after guests at the luxury resort she was staying at complained about her rowdy behaviour.

Attempts to get her career back on track were disastrous, with her performance at the St. Lucia jazz festival in May abandoned halfway through, reportedly after being booed by the crowd, although the official reason given was adverse weather conditions.

It was also while Amy was in St Lucia that then-husband Blake Fielder-Civil started a successful divorce bid, giving his reason as her infidelity after pictures of her cavorting with another man were published.

Amy and Blake are believed to have since reconciled their romance.
