Dame Helen Mirren wants "full-on" cosmetic surgery.
The 64-year-old actress admits she often thinks about going under the knife and insists she would have had procedures done "years ago" if she wasn't in the public eye.
She said: "I'd think about it even more if I was in a different profession. If I wasn't on camera I would have had it done years ago.
"It's the full-on for me. Suck it all up, tie it up and then cut it all off!"
The 'Last Station' star is about to start work on a new movie called 'Red', in which she plays a retired CIA agent called back into action and Helen admits she is not looking forward to preparing for the role as she hates exercise.
She added to The Times newspaper: "I should be going to the gym now but I just don't want to do it.
"I don't do anything like that regularly at all. But because I'm filming I should."
Helen recently revealed she has a small tattoo which was a "drunken mistake" because she wanted to shock.
She said: "I was very, very drunk. It was a very, very long time ago, when only sailors and Hell's Angels were tattooed, honestly, and prisoners.
"I decided to get a tattoo because it was the most shocking thing I could think of doing.
"Now I'm utterly disgusted and shocked because it's become completely mainstream, which is unacceptable to me."

Rochelle Wiseman is being romantically pursued by JLS singer Marvin Humes.
The Saturdays singer has revealed Marvin has been calling her to ask her out on a date but she's keeping him at "arm's length" for now.
Speaking at the European premiere of 'Valentine's Day' in London's Leicester Square last night (11.02.10), Rochelle told BANG Showbiz: "Um. Well he's really nice and I'm really newly single but... he's nice.
"We talk and stuff. Apparently I'm really playing it cool and keeping him at arm's length. I've got options now. He's really nice."
Rochelle's newly single status means she is spending Valentine's Day (14.02.10) alone, but that will not stop her enjoying herself.
The 20-year-old pop beauty said: "What am I doing on Valentine's Day? I'm going to go out and party. I'm not dried up yet!"
Marvin, 24, recently played down rumours he was romancing Rochelle but confessed he thinks she is beautiful.
He said: "I'm single. Rochelle's gorgeous but nothing's going on."
Other stars at the glitzy premiere included 'Valentine's Day' cast members Jessica Alba, Ashton Kutcher - who brought along his wife Demi Moore - and Emma Roberts, who is the niece of Julia Roberts.

Amy Winehouse has given away her 11 cats.
The 'Rehab' singer - who flew out to Jamaica to work on her much-anticipated third album earlier this week - has given two of her beloved pets to goddaughter Dionne Bromfield and called an animal shelter asking them to pick up the others from her London home.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Amy was pretty upset about it because she loved them dearly, but she had to give them up.
"They were climbing all over the place, breeding and generally getting out of control."
Although Amy has got rid of her cats, she won't be short of company when she returns to the UK as she is believed to be planning a reconciliation with ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
The 26-year-old star is reportedly arranging flights for Blake - who was released from jail last February after serving time for grievous bodily harm (GBH) and attempting to pervert the course of justice - to join her when he completes his drug treatment programme.
A source said: "Amy and Blake want to spend some time together away from home where they have been governed by his curfew.
"She is desperate for him to join her and, of course, he wants a nice holiday and some fun. Friends have tried talking her out of it - but at the moment she's more focused on work than she has been for ages."

Madonna is allegedly dating ex-boyfriend Alex Rodriguez.
The 'Celebration' singer - who is believed to have reunited with Brazilian model Jesus Luz this week following a recent split - is apparently still seeing her former baseball star lover, who is nicknamed 'A-Rod', and visited him in Miami last week.
A source said: "Madonna spent two nights with him in his beach house in Miami last week and Jesus had no idea.
"She just didn't tell him, and her staff were told not to tell him. She claims she has an intellectual connection with 'A-Rod'."
But Madonna - who was rumoured to be dating Alex after she split from now ex-husband Guy Ritchie at the end of 2008 - isn't prepared to let Jesus go because he is “in awe" of her.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "Jesus is really, really into Madonna but he's more like a little personal project to her. They are together when she wants them to be together. She decides what he wears, she has sorted English lessons for him and she even paid for his apartment. He's like a little sheep in awe of his mistress and she loves that."
The 51-year-old pop superstar is also said to have developed a deep connection with Carlos Leon, the father of her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes.
The source explained: "When Madonna split from Guy Ritchie, Carlos was there for her.
"They spent a lot of time together and old emotions came back. But Carlos has a lovely girlfriend who Lourdes doesn't like, which has made life difficult. There will always be a big connection between Madonna and Carlos."
However, all this male attention doesn't seem to be making the 'Like a Virgin' star happy.
The source added: "Despite all the guys in her life, she's extremely lonely since her divorce. She has everything but she never seems happy."
Madonna has four children - Lourdes, her nine-year-old son Rocco with Guy Ritchie and two adopted kids, David, four, and five-year-old Mercy.

Heidi Range is planning a winter wedding.
The Sugababes singer - who recently got engaged to British TV presenter Dave Berry - is "obsessed" with her upcoming nuptials and hopes to tie the knot next year.
She said: "It'll be next year I think, and maybe a winter wedding.
"I'm obsessed already. All I've done is look on the internet at wedding sites. As soon as we got engaged, the next day I had to go into WHSmith at the airport and buy a bridal magazine. I was on the plane looking really obvious."
The 26-year-old beauty was so shocked when Dave, 31, got down on one knee during the festive period, she burst into tears.
She explained to more! magazine: "He surprised me on New Year's Eve (31.12.09) in Barbados. It was a complete surprise. I was hoping that he might ask me sometime soon but I never thought it'd be on New Year's Eve. I'm so excited. I was crying and shaking."
