Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga, Biopic, Hollywood Biopic, Star, Play

Pop sensation Lady Gaga is reportedly being lined up to play late singer Amy Winehouse in a Hollywood biopic.

Movie moguls, who want to capitalise on the outburst of grief following Winehouse's death on July 23, are allegedly of the opinion that the 25-year-old would be perfect in the starring role.

A Hollywood insider told British newspaper the Daily Star: "Lady Gaga worshipped Amy and would love nothing more than to transform herself into her idol on the big screen.

"She'd be spot on performing Amy's songs and has got the right look and bolshy attitude.

"Gaga's been itching to make the transition from music into movies and sees this as the ideal role to launch her film career."

Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, paid tribute to Amy earlier this week, revealing that she was unable to speak for 48 hours after hearing of the Back to Black singer's death.

Emma Watson, Mum, Mother, Family, Harry Potter, Trust, Men, Partner

Harry Potter star Emma Watson has said she cannot wait to have her own family and become a mother.

The 21-year-old is 'excited' and 'nervous' about what lies ahead for her outside of the wizard film franchise.

In an interview in the September edition of UK Company magazine, Watson said: "I have very strong family values and I definitely hope that will be in my future. I can't wait to be a mum and have my own family one day.

"My parents remarried and I have younger half-brothers and sisters, so I think I've become pretty good with young kids."

Discussing what qualities she likes in potential partners, Emma added: "Kindness, good manners, intelligence, confidence and someone who can make me laugh.

"On a superficial level, I don't have a 'type'. You could line up photographs of all the guys I've dated and they look totally different. You won't believe me but it really is more to do with their personalities rather than looks."

But the actress says it takes her a while to trust people - and she can easily spot who is only interested in her for her fame.

She said: "It's easy to figure out who's who and, generally, I can just tell.

"It took me a year at university to trust anyone properly, but sometimes you have to take a risk because otherwise you're not really living and that's pretty sad."

Shane Warne, New Look, Plastic Surgery, Thin, Skinny, Elizabeth Hurley

Former Australian cricket star Shane Warne has insisted his new look comes from the weight he's lost and not from undergoing any surgical procedures.

Warne was seen leaving girlfriend Liz Hurley's London home on Tuesday looking very svelte, but he says his transformation has just been caused by all the weight he's lost.

According to British newspaper the Daily Mirror, the 41-year-old said: "People keep saying I have done something to my face, I haven't.

"Anyone would look like this if they'd lost the amount of weight I have.

"I'm doing a hundred push-ups and sit-ups every morning, and I feel strong, I feel great.

"I'm wearing a 28in suit now and even that feels a little loose. It's incredible.

"But you've got to keep it fresh... I'm going for the smart gentleman look these days."

Warne also insisted Hurley, 46, has nothing to do with his new look.

He wrote on Twitter: "I have always taken pride in my appearance and an attack on [Hurley] is unfair.

"I'm proud of how I look and worked my butt off for 4 months."

But friends of Shane say it's not just exercise that has lost him nearly two and half stone in four months.

He is reportedly 'addicted' to diet shakes.

His pal, Australian Rules footballer Steven Baker, last night revealed he had introduced his friend to the products.

A source told Now magazine, “She has gone down a storm in the royal household. Harry’s aides think she is sweet, funny and charming.”

And now Florence, who is known as Flee by her friends, is apparently trying to convince Harry to holiday in Ibiza with her.

“Harry is busy with his Apache helicopter training but he’s always wanted to go to the island so he’s hoping to escape for a weekend to spend time with Flee and the gang there in August,” an insider told the Daily Mail.
