Madonna has settled a feud with her neighbour who claimed the pop star had made her life 'unbearable'.
The Material Girl has made peace with Karen George who claimed loud music from the singer's $7million New York flat made her life 'unbearable', lawyers have confirmed.
George filed a lawsuit in 2009 claiming the rehearsal studio in the singer's apartment subjected neighbours to 'blaring music, stomping and shaking walls' for up to three hours a day.
According to the Daily Mail newspaper Madonna was due to face trial after a judge ruled there was evidence the 53-year-old was a 'noisy neighbour'.
But court records now show the claim was settled as of Wednesday.
Lawyers for Madonna and the building's co-op board would say only that the matter was resolved and George's attorney hasn't been available for comment.
Madonna bought her first flat in the building over 20 years ago when she was married to actor Sean Penn.
She added another flat to turn her home in a 5,000sq ft five-bedroom mansion and in 2007 sued the board of management of Harperley Hall after they refused to let expand her home by buying a third apartment.
Stars of British reality show The Only Way Is Essex including Lauren Goodger and Lydia Bright have been banned from socialising with the cast of Made In Chelsea.
The TOWIE stars aren't allowed to hang out with the Chelsea lot, and are not even meant to be pictured with them in public.
Lydia's mum Debbie told British newspaper The Sun: "We all had a text message saying we can't be in a picture with anyone from the other show.
"The Made In Chelsea lot are lovely. I've met them a few times, but we just can't."
Made In Chelsea star Cheska Hull thinks the reason is to do with TV channel politics, after a former TOWIE producer moved to the E4 reality show.
She added: "It's such a shame really because the two casts all get on really well. Lauren Goodger and I have become friends and we used to have a really good laugh when we went out to a club in town.
"But now they're supposed to act like they don't know us. I think it's because one of their production team moved over to Made In Chelsea and they didn't like it. It's sad but I still really like them all."

X Factor judge Gary Barlow has admitted he's 'not particularly enjoying' being on the UK version of the hit talent competition.
The Take That star is finding the pressure of viewers scrutinising his every move difficult.
In a new interview with British Esquire magazine, the 40-year-old said: "I've got to get my head around it, to learn to enjoy it. It's so intense!
"All those people out there watching every move you make and analysing it and talking to their friends about it and tweeting and gossiping.
"I think at this point the reason I'm not particularly enjoying it is I don't feel I'm in control of it.
"Maybe I'll never feel like that. It's a totally bloody new thing for me."
The dad-of-three thinks that he'll always have a desire for success.
He added: "I recognise in me what I see in Elton John and all those people.
"We're chasing the buzz. It's a little drug. And I think that once you've tasted it, especially once you've tasted it a number of times, you never want to lose it.
"It'll annoy my wife for years, that, but there you go."
Singer Rihanna is reportedly being watched around the clock so she stays in good shape for the remainder of her tour.
The We Found Love hitmaker is said to be exhausted.
And according to British newspaper the Daily Mirror, the 23-year-old has been put under 24-hour surveillance and has even been given a curfew by her record label ahead of this weekend's Capital Jingle Bell Ball event.
A source told the publication: "She's filming her Loud tour DVD in December and her team is determined that she looks, acts and performs at her best.
"They are currently in talks with Mariah Carey's trainer, Patricia Gay, to fly in and start training."
The pop star allegedly recently had a tearful exchange with Beyonce as she hasn't been feeling well and was finding her ten-month, 101-date world tour hard.
Bey is said to have advised Rihanna to complete her tour and then take a year off.
