David and Victoria Beckham go on dates in their car.
The couple - who have been married for 11 years - spend a lot of time apart from one another because of their hectic work schedules but enjoy going on drives together as it reminds them of the early days of their romance.
David said: "We always make time for each other. We have date nights, of course. I think that's important.
"We like going for a drive in the car - that's our date sometimes - it's what we always used to do when we lived in Manchester and spent weekends in London, we'd drive down together then just sit in a park and chat, that's something we still do now. We make time for each other."
David also revealed he and Victoria - with who he has three sons, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, seven, and five-year-old Cruz - had their first kiss in a car park behind a pub near his parents' home in Epson, Surrey.
Speaking about keeping their romance a secret for the first few months, he recalled: "It really was special then, hiding, driving around because I wasn't as well known as Victoria and trying to hide 'Posh Spice' away in your car was difficult.
"On the way to my parents' house in Epping, there's a little pub and we had our first kiss in the car park there.
"I was with my sons the other day and I said, 'See there, that's where I first kissed mummy in the car park.' "
The 35-year-old sportsman also claimed he needed to get the 36-year-old singer-turned-designer drunk to make her fall for him on their second meeting in the players' lounge at his former club Manchester United's ground Old Trafford.
Speaking in a webchat for Yahoo!, he said: "She was in the players' lounge and we started talking, she'd had a bit to drink and gave me her number, so I made her fall in love by giving her a little bit more wine.
"Years of marriage on, we've got three beautiful boys and the wine worked!"

Russell Brand wants a lesbian lap dance from Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift on his stag night.
The 34-year-old comic star - who is set to marry Katy Perry in the autumn - says watching the pair of singers gyrate erotically for him would be the perfect end to bachelorhood.
He explained: "I'm gonna get Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift to perform a lesbian show on my lap."
But in a bizarre twist to his fantasy, he added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I'm gonna shrink them down till they're the size of dollies."
The 'Get Him to the Greek' star - who proposed to Katy in December after a three-month whirlwind romance - recently revealed the party will have a Robin Hood-theme.
He wants to play the lead role with his best pals being the "merry men" at the bash.
Russell - who is now teetotal after overcoming problems with alcohol and drugs - explained: "I'll do adventurous things and activities. My friend who is my best man says we're going to go white-water rafting and shoot arrows.
"We'll be like merry men. Perhaps we'll become outlaws, bandits for a while."
The former lothario also insisted he isn't worried about the best man speech his manager Nick Linnen will deliver on the big day.
He said: "I'm not worried about the best man speech - that's for Nick to worry about. He's got to do it.
"Nick has stopped me from doing some seriously stupid things in my life, which could have made it a lot worse. I trust him completely. There isn't much more he can say that people don't know about. I took drugs and I slept with prostitutes."

Kelly Osbourne has reportedly split from her fiance.
According to gossip blogger Perez Hilton, the TV star called time on her romance with model Luke Worrall after discovering he had cheated on her.
Heartbroken Kelly is said to have taken to her Facebook account to attack Luke, with one angry message stating: "Luke Worall makes me sick!"
Responding to the break-up rumours, Kelly posted on her twitter page this afternoon (14.07.10): "Thank you all so much for your support but the matter is private and will not be commenting enough damage has already be done! (sic)"
A representative for the 25-year-old star refused to take a call regarding the matter.
The former couple were together for just over two years and got engaged in March 2009.
Kelly - who lived with Luke, 20, in Los Angeles - recently admitted she couldn't believe the pair had been happy together for so long.
She said: "I still can't believe we've been together for so long. Before meeting him, my longest relationship was about six months.
"I never really thought I'd find love or be with someone for long. But since meeting Luke at a party in London two years ago, we've never really been apart!"

Amy Winehouse is moving in with her boyfriend Reg Traviss.
The 'Rehab' singer - who started dating the film director around May this year, just weeks after ending her on/off romance with ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil - has reportedly pledged her love to Reg by asking him to move into her London home.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "She's asked Reg to move in with her and he's agreed. He has met all the family and is a hit."
Friends close to the 26-year-old songstress have credited her new lover's "calming influence" as the reason why she is re-focused on her new album, which is now expected to go on sale in January 2010.
The source explained: "It's been an incredible past few weeks for Amy. She has completely turned her life around. It has been a long time coming - and she's been writing songs for what seems an eternity - but finally Amy is satisfied and believes she has an album worthy of a four-year wait."
Amy's last album was 2006's phenomenally successful 'Back to Black', but her follow-up has been delayed time and again because of her problems with drink and drugs and her divorce from Blake.
But the star has now learnt to use her past problems as inspiration.
The source added: "She's held meetings with the record label, Universal, and they are putting everything into promotion. A lot of the material covers her romance with Blake Fielder-Civil and their acrimonious split, plus, or course, her battle with the booze and drugs.
"It is very raw and very personal - it promises to be another classic. She is now narrowing down the material and hopes it'll be on shelves by the New Year."

Cheryl Cole is refusing to see her Girls Aloud bandmates while she recovers from malaria.
The singer has banned her closest pals in the group, Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts, from visiting her in hospital because she doesn't want them to see her so ill.
The weak star will only allow her mother Joan Callaghan and Derek Hough - who she is rumoured to be dating - to sit by her bedside as she recovers from the potentially fatal tropical disease.
A source said: "Cheryl doesn't want people to see her as she is."
After being rushed to a London hospital two weeks ago, the 27-year-old pop star has now been moved the tropical diseases ward to her own private room, and is said to be much happier.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "She was delighted to get some privacy. She is still extremely frail and drifting in and out of sleep, but she has shown great signs of improvement."
Cheryl is likely to remain in hospital under observation until the end of July - but Simon Cowell says she wants to be back on the British version of his pop star search show 'The X Factor' for the boot camp stage.
He said last night (13.07.10): "I had a text from her. She says she is better and feeling perky.
"She does want to come back to work but I need to talk to her about when that's going to be."
Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger, pop star Katy Perry and Cheryl's bandmate Kimberley have been shortlisted to cover her role during the boot camp auditions if she isn't well enough to take part.
Cheryl - who has also had to cancel her V Festival performance on August 21 - is believed to have contracted malaria while holidaying with 'Dancing with the Stars' dancer Derek, 25, in Tanzania.
