Peaches Geldof is getting married again.
The 21-year-old British star - who wed US musician Max Drummey in August 2008, before divorcing him just seven months later - will reportedly tie the knot with movie director Eli Roth in a New York rooftop ceremony in January.
It will be a traditional Jewish service in keeping with Eli's faith.
A source close to Peaches - whose father is Boomtown Rats singer Bob Geldof - said: "They are confident this is the real deal.
"They want a wedding on a New York rooftop and plan to invite about 50 friends including Quentin Tarantino.
"Apart from the trendy Manhattan venue it will be a traditional Jewish ceremony in keeping with Eli's family faith.
"They have been trying to keep it a secret."
Friends of the couple believe Peaches and the 38-year-old moviemaker will want to have children soon after marrying.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "We wouldn't be surprised if they started a family together very soon."
Speculation is now rife Peaches will have to convert to Judaism so the couple can tie the knot in a traditional service.
Peaches previously admitted she didn't expect her first marriage to last.
She said: "I'm realistic, you can't ignore divorce rates. Every friend of mine has parents who are divorced. I didn't go into it with Max thinking, 'This is going to last forever,' but I did go into it thinking, 'I love him right now and I know that I'll continue to love him for a long while.' "

Cheryl Cole has thanked doctors for "saving her life".
The 'Fight for This Love' singer was struck down with malaria earlier this month and has now paid tribute to the team of doctors and nurses who treated her, saying without them she might not be alive.
She told experts at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases at University College London: "I want to say how grateful I am for everything you guys have done. I wouldn't be here now if it wasn't for you."
The pop star is now planning to make a donation to the NHS medical centre to show staff just how appreciative she is of their help.
An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "It's something she's given serious thought to. She's so grateful for their expertise and care. The situation was looking very bleak at one point.
"Her blood count was dangerously low, she had fluid on her lungs and she was jaundiced. But she was in the best possible place. The doctors there are first class and Cheryl knew afterwards she virtually owes her life to them."
Cheryl, 27, has been holed up in her Surrey mansion for the past few weeks recovering, although she made her first trip out this week to a local Starbucks coffee shop.
Her rumoured boyfriend Derek Hough has been getting her back to full strength by cooking the petite star an array of tasty treats from his home country America, including his specialty macaroni and cheese.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Derek's been brilliant during her recovery. He's been really hands on, treating her to his home cooking. His signature dish is mac n' cheese, which has been the favourite in Cheryl's home. Even mum Joan's a fan."
The pair arrived at Los Angeles International Airport last night (29.07.10), where the Girls Aloud star is believed to be continuing her recuperation before rejoining the judging panel on Simon Cowell's pop star search 'The X Factor'.

Katy Perry says her parents were strict with her because they didn't want her to "turn out like a prostitute".
The pop star has always enjoyed rebelling against her Christian pastor parents Keith and Mary Hudson and regularly tested their rules when she was growing up.
She joked to Q magazine: "Some people are fascinated with the idea of a great storyline: good girl, Christian parents, goes bad. My song 'I Kissed A Girl' provided the perfect storyline, so it's entertaining for people. My parents were really strict at first, because they didn't want me to turn out like a prostitute.
"There's a button that all kids have with their parents. It's like this red button that we push. And the paint has chipped off of my red button in a few places because of the constant pushing."
Katy - who got engaged to reformed ladies' man Russell Brand in December after a whirlwind romance - is still upsetting her parents now by agreeing to be a part of 'The Smurfs' film.
The 25-year-old singer voices the character of Smurfette in the new animated movie - which is based on the 80s cartoon series about the miniature blue-skinned characters - and has revealed her mother and father disapproved of the show when she was a child.
She added: "My parents felt that the Smurfs' reliance on sorcery and magic was sending the wrong messages to me as a child. But it seems I am destined to push my mother's red button.
"They stopped me watching 'The Smurfs' and I f***ing became one. They banned me from eating sugar and I got sugar. I cannot be f***ing well stopped, baby!"

Leona Lewis went on a date with a mystery man at a zoo in Germany.
The 'Bleeding Love' singer - who split from her boyfriend of 10 years Lou Al-Chamaa last month - was spotted feeding the world's largest rodent, a capybara, during a romantic day out with the dark-haired hunk at the Tierpark Hagenbeck zoo in Stellingen.
A source said: "Leona and her new friend looked like they were having a great time at the zoo. They seemed very relaxed together and couldn't stop smiling as they wondered around looking at different animals - the perfect date for an animal lover like Leona."
The pop star looked keen to impress the muscular hunk, as she wore a navy summer dress, wedge heels and aviator sunglasses.
Leona - who rose to fame after winning Simon Cowell's pop star search show 'The X Factor' - is known for her love of animals and has thrown herself into charity work to help her get over her split from Lou.
Two weeks ago the beauty distracted herself with a weekend away at a bear sanctuary in Romania on behalf of the World Society for the Protection of Animals after finishing her first UK tour dates.
She tweeted: "Heading back after my trip to the bear sanctuary! Its sooo amazing, the bears are magnificent. After a life of abuse they r finally happy! X (sic)."
However, Leona's mystery date is not the only thing keeping her mind off her heartache at the moment.
The 25-year-old star is reportedly scrapping plans to tour Australia, Europe and Asia, instead choosing to head back into the recording studio instead to write new material about her split.

Katy Perry wants to live in London with her fiance Russell Brand.
The 'California Gurls' singer loves the UK capital - where Russell lived before heading to the US to be with Katy - because it is such an exciting city.
She said: "I think I would probably go to London, and not just because of the fact I've got connections there, but because I like the constant evolution of the style and everything is so new.
"Sometimes I think I'd like to live in Japan but I don't know how I would get on there because I don't speak Japanese, I'd probably end up singing in the street with a little hat saying, 'Please support me.' "
Although Katy is keen to become an Anglophile she isn't sure if she could cope with the city's rainy weather.
In an interview on YouTube, Katy - who is from Santa Barbara, California - said: "I'd probably eat my words if I was living in London because I can't stand the weather, I'm such a sunshine girl. If the sun comes out I come out, if the sun doesn't come out you won't see me. I'm a California girl!"
Katy also lifted the lid on her wedding plans and revealed she isn't planning on having any crazy make-up when she and Russell tie the knot.
The 25-year-old singer - who is known for her figure-hugging latex outfits and love of unusual nail designs - said: "I'm kind of a nail aficionado and sometimes I'll have pictures of my cat on my nails and I had Oompa-Loompas on my nails when I had a Willy Wonka-themed birthday party. For my wedding I'm going to do what I call wedding nails which is basically traditional and pretty. Because you see those photos where you're holding each other's hands and I don't know if I'd like Oompa-Loompas on my nails while taking my photos. So I'm going to have wedding white nails."
Katy also revealed she thinks Russell, 35, will be a great father when they eventually have children.
She said: "We're excited to get married, of course. I think in marriage, when you're picking a partner, one of the things to keep in mind is would they be a good baby daddy and he'll be perfect."
